Payday Approaches...

Everytime that glorious part of the month known as "pay day" gets close, my ebay activity suddenly goes up XD

Recent purchases have included a new corset (one I've wanted for ages but never got around to buying), a face casting kit (something I've put off buying for months cos I'm worried I'll screw the process up XD), possible a tablet computer (it's still on watch), a new lacefronted wig, paint for Midna...

I daresay the list will continue to grow XD


...Conor's Bday
It was fab 8D

Much fun was had all around, including a Harry Potter version of the Werewolf game (which became WAY too srs bsns by the end!), games of Brawl and Eyetoy, me and Conor almost breaking our arms with Wii Lightsaber Duels, BBQ of tasty awesomeness, an invasion of ants, and one mental dog XD

Here's to Conor. Happy 18th Birthday, adopted lil' bro!

Still ridiculously excited about it. This week I'll be booking the last few bits for us, and then we're set to go. We're only a tiny way away from hitting out fundraising target, which is AMAZING. I'm so so happy this has turned out so well :)

I'm literally counting down the days (I have them marked in 10 day increments on my work calendar XD). I'm slightly terrified about the huge people-carrier car I'm going to have to drive, but luckily my own car is pretty big, so it shouldn't be a problem :)

We're having to fly out on two different flights, which is annoying (the price for the flight myself, Jenn, Charlotte and Laura booked onto skyrocketed in the space of a day or so, so Conor and Amala are getting a flight a few hours later for a MUCH nicer price), but that does mean Amala gets to wake up later, which I'm very sure she'll appreciate! Just gotta make sure the two of them get through the airport alright. When it comes to things like this, I am SUCH a terrible worrier. I'll have my phone on constantly for text updates from them to make sure everything goes to plan! It wouldn't be so bad if we didn't have a connecting flight once we get there >.< I'm sure it'll aaaaaaall go to plan though 8D
